daughter, Mrs. Grace Harcourt in Milroy; Born: 10 Nov 1853 in Rush Co.; 
Parents: John and Carolyn Taylor Dougherty; Married: 1) George Kiplinger who 
died in 1902, 2) Isaac Webb who died in 1924; Survivors: daughter, Mrs. Grace 
Harcourt, step-sons: Larue and Noah Webb of Rush Co., and Henry Kiplinger of 
Indianapolis, step-daughter, Mrs. Hattie Whutton of Lewisville; sister, Mrs. 
W. R. Newkirk of Rushville and grandson, Lewis Harcourt at Milroy.  Burial in 
East Hill cemetery.
