W. Martin, thence East along the North line of said tract to the half mile line runing through said section One thence North on said line to the beginning Also a tract commencing where the North line of section one croses the Rockport and Jasper road and runing West along said line to the North West corner of the North East quarter of North West quarter of said section one thence South to the North West corner of a tract hereto fore deeded to John Walter thence along the North line of said tract to the Rockport and Jasper road thence North along said road to the begining and estimated to contain twelve acres more or less for and in consideration of four hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
