Ebersole, David Hepler and Niels Rasmussen, All of South Bend, Succumb Suddenly Three South Bend men have droped dead from heart trouble within the last 24 hours, a circumstance probably never before duplicated in this city. The victims are: ANDREW A. EBERSOLE, aged 65, of 1130 East Calvert street, a laborer DAVID HEPLER, aged 59, of 124 North Spruce street, foreman at Oliver Chilled Plow works. NIELS RASMUSSEN, aged 70, of 525 North Studebaker street, a retired farmer. The latest victim of the disease was Mr. Hepler, who succumbed suddenly at his home shortly after 10 o'clock this morning after a two days illness. Mr. Ebersole dropped dead while at work in the milling room of the Mishawaka Woolen Manufacutring company, an hour before, while the other man died suddenly in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Catherine Nelson, late yesterday afternoon. Mr. Hepler had suffered but two days with heart trouble. He was a foreman in the plant of the Oliver Chilled Plow works and had lived in South Bend for 35 years. He was born in Pensylvania Aug. 18, 1853, coming here from Shamakin. Those who survive include his wife, Julia Kuss Hepler; five sons, Harvey, Clarence, Frank, Howard and George Hepler, and two daughters, Valley and Minnie Hepler.....
