After a residence of 60 years in St. Joseph county, Mrs. Elizabeth Warner died 
early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lydia Kreisher, in Union 
township at the age of 88 years, one month and 26 days.  She leaves eight 
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Warner was born in Stark 
county, Ohio, March 13, 1828.  She was married on her birthday, March 13, 
1851, to George Warner in Stark county.  She came to St. Joseph county 60 
years ago from Ohio. Mrs. Warner is survived by two children, Mrs. Kreisher 
and Frank Warren, residing in Center township; also one brother and two 
sisters, George Hartman, of this city; Mrs. Rebecca Sutton and Mrs. Hattie 
Slaybaugh, of Union township.  Funeral services will be held from the 
residence of the daughter, Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock and from union 
church at 2 o'clock, burial in Leach cemetery.
