Author: Wilson, Fuller & Co. (1899)

  BUFF, GEORGE W., was born in Darke County in 1862; graduated from the Law
School of Kentucky in 1871; served six years as Judge of the Circuit Court, the
judicial circuit then consisting of Vigo and Sullivan counties. Since retiring
from the bench he has been in the active practice of law at Sullivan. Wm. R.
Nesbet now being his law partner.
