Written: December 20, 1842

. Will of James Hunter Book 1 page 220 signed Dec 20, 1842. States that on Aug 
14, 1843, James Hunter produced will of James Hunter Decd which reads as 
follows:  States that James Hunter Senr of Cotton Tp gives to wife (name not 
given) 1/3 R.E. & personal property
3. to my oldest daughter, Sarah $5 & no more
4. to my sons James Hunter & George Hunter, land on West Fort of Mill Creek 
provided they pay each of my seven youngest daughters $50.  James to control 
George's share as he wills.  James to get 2/3 of personal property.  To be 
undivided until death of wife unless all heirs agree. Gives George 79 A in 
Cotton Tp to be controlled by James.
