. Book 2 Page 98 Will of Polly Jack States that on Apr 8, 1853 the last will 
of Polly Jack was probated in which Polly Jack of Switzerland Tp in the name 
of the Benevolent Father of all wills viz:
1st Give to my beloved heirs Polly Brady, William Jack, Jane Hampton, America 
Scott, Preston H. Jack, Samuel Jack's heirs, Frances Ryal's heirs, a certain 
tract of land in Switzerland Co, Ind Ctg 6 A.
2d to above parties all money & notes I have in house.
3d to above parties all personal property
Further the heirs of John F. Jack to have $1 to be equally divided among above 
except heirs of John F. Jack who are to have but $1. Appoints John Scott & 
America Scott his wife of Boone Co Ky exrs Dated Oct 25, 1851 Polly (her mark) 
Jack.
