April term Circuit Court for 1858

Abiel Jenners Bradfield complains of Ura A. Stacker, her husband 
James H. Stacker, Hannah M.Robisson, a widow, Joseph R. Bradfield, 
Sydney Yeager, her husband Washington Yeager (said Ura A., Hannah 
M., Joseph R., & Sydney being the children & sole heirs of John Bradfield 
deceased.) also Andrew J. Yeager & Emily Yeager (who are infants & the 
sole heirs at law of Andrew J. Yeager deceased.) & also Elizabeth P.
 Foreman  [?] and Turner Welsh The plaintiff shows that Benjamin Bradfield 
died intestate  July 17th, 1830 leaving as his sole heirs at law
 John Bradfield ( the father of the defendants above named as his heirs
 at law, who died  intestate [blank] 1850), Jonathan N. Bradfield 
( who died intestate the [blank] day of [blank] 1832, leaving the 
plaintiff his sole heir at law.) & Anna E. Bradfield (who died intestate 
2nd September 1857 leaving as her sole heirs at law the plaintiff & said 
children of John Bradfield.The plaintiff further shows that said Benjamin 
Bradfield died [one unreadable word]in fee simple of the west half of the 
South west quarter of section fifteen (15) in Township twenty-two (22)
 North of Range five (5) west & the East half of the south west quarter of
 section 20 in same township & range all in said county which lands 
descended in equal parts to his three heirs above named subject to the 
dower right of his widow Rachael Bradfield, who died the 29th of
August 1848.The plaintiff further shows that said Jonathan N. Bradfield 
the plaintiffs father on the 10th day of May 1831 conveyed his interest in 
the undivided two thirds of said lands to said John Bradfield reserving his
 right to the remaining third after the [copy of document ends here]
