Martin Services were to be at 1:30 p.m. today at Horn Funeral Home, Delphi, for Lena F. MARTIN, 71, Rt. 2, Delphi. Pastor William BREIDENBAUGH was to officiate and burial was to be in the Morning Heights Cemetery, Delphi. Memorials may be made to the Delphi Wesleyan Church or the Carroll County Cancer Association. Mrs. Martin died at 3:35 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette, following a brief illness. She was born Aug. 4, 1919 in Burnettsville to Manford and Clara BALLARD HOUSER. On March 12, 1938 in White County she married Harvey A. MARTIN, who died in 1967. She retired in 1981 from Globe Valve Corporation, Delphi. She was a member of the Delphi Wesleyan Church, the Women’s Missionary group of the church, the Westside Flower Club and the Delphi Senior Citizens. Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn FULTZ, Harrogate, Tenn., and Pearl JENKINS, Idaville; two sons, Thomas and Terry [MARTIN], Delphip two sisters, Velma HALL, Monticello, and Beulah RYNEARSON, Rochester; a brother, Fred [HOUSER], Delphi; twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
