Offered for probate May 13, 1882 will of Joseph H. McCoy late of Jefferson Tp 
will is:
I, Joseph H. McCoy Evansville, Ind give:
2d to my nieces Agnes Romiser & Mary Eliza Grandstorff, children of my brother 
Samuel McCoy $15 each
3d to my nephews John McCoy, Richard McCoy & Frank McCoy, children of my 
brother James S. McCoy $10 each
4th to my niece Mrs Margaret H. Newman $200
5th to my dear nephew Geo J. Grammer & my dear niece Mary M. McLeisch all the 
residue of my estate 2/3 to him & 1/3 to her, my money is now on deposit in 
the Treasury of the U.S. soldier's home Dayton, O & some pension due me from 
the U.S. I desire my nephew to collect these claims & act as my Exr.
6th Appoints nephew Geo I. Grammer ExrDated Jany 5, 1882 Joseph H. McCoy (seal)
