MRS. SCIOTA HEDGE
DIES AT HOSPITAL
AFTER LONG ILLNESS
  Mrs. Sciota Hedge, 76, of 259
North Eighth Street, died at the 
Vermillion County hospital at 2:30 
a.m. today after an extended illness.
  She is survived by five daughters,
 Mrs. Nettie Woods, Mrs. Hazel Hunt, 
and Mrs. Harriet Hunt, all of clinton, 
Mrs. Lottie Hoke of Blanford, and Mrs. 
Laura Sylvestro of Georgetown, IL.
Four sons, Arlie Hedge of Ingals,IN.
Louis Hedge, at home, Vander Hadge of 
Springfield, IL. and Bert Hedge of 
Mishawaka, IN. one brother, Peter Ike 
of Los Angeles CA., three sisters, Mrs.
Glenn Judy of Libertyville, IN., 
Mrs. Maggie Cox of Universal, IN., 
and Mrs. Laura Wright of Fairview Park.
28 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
The body will be removed from Frist Funeral Home
to the residence this evening and will be
returned to the funeral home on friday
morning. Services will be held at the 
funeral home at 3:p.m. friday.
burial will be made in Walnut Grove Cem.
