Roanoke Beacon (Plymouth, NC) - March 14, 1890
Charles HANLEY and William DODSON were asphyxiated in a street crossing watch 
box of the Vandalia Railroad, in Terre Haute, Indiana.  HANLEY was dead when 
found, and DODSON is thought to be beyond recovery.  They entered the watch 
box during a heavy rain.
