Vianna Flinn died Feb. 16, 1925 in Wabash County, Indiana 1923 July, 27th. - Will of Vianna Flinn In the name of the benevelent Father, I Vianna Flin, resident citizen of the city and County of Wabash, in the State of Indiana, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament. First, I direct that all my just debts, expenses of my last sickness, funeral expenses, and expenses of administration, if any, be paid by my executor hereinafter named from the first money coming to his hands from my estate. Second, I give devise, and bequeath to my daughter, Etta Mae Iden, and to the respective children of my daughter Emma J. Ulsh now deceased my household goods of every kind and discription to be divided in the following manner to wit: I have marked all articles of furniture, bedding and bed clothing, linens, dishes, and china ware with the initials of each of the above named legatees that I desire each personally shall have, so marked in accordance with the provisions hereof. The residue of my household goods, furniture bedding, linens and china ware not so marked, I direct should be divided as nearly equal as the above named legatees shall be able between themselves to agree and request that they do agree upon such division and partition without debate or controversey. All of my clothing and wearing apparel of of every kind and nature, and such personal effects, jewelry, if any, books, pictures, and bricabrac, I give and bequeath to my daughter Etta Mae Iden for her own use forever. Third, the residue of my estate, real and personal, of every kind and nature, I give devise and bequeath to my said daugher Etta Mae Iden and my grandchildren, children of my deceased daughter Emma J. Ulsh for their own use forever in the following proportions to wit: to my daughter Etta Mae Iden, 2/3 in value of my residue estate and 1/3 remaining in value to the children of my said deceased daughter Emma J. Ulsh, equally provided, however, not withstanding any provisions herein to the contrary that in the event my said daughter Etta Mae Iden or either of the children of my deceased daughter dying before me, then the share that would otherwise have gone to such deceased child or grandchild shall go and decend to their respective child or children to be divided equally between them. Fourth, I hereby nominate and appoint my grandson Herbert Ulsh son of my deceased daughter Emma J. Ulsh executor of this my last will and request him to settle and close my estate without bend or account to any court of person except as the law might otherwise require, it being my intention and purpose that my affairs will be settled with the least possible expense.
