STATE LINE.

An enterprising town in Warren county, on the Toledo, Wabash & Western railroad,
forty miles from Lafayette and sixteen from Williamsport the county seat. It is
surrounded by a fine prairie country, well settled up with enterprising farmers.
It has three churches, Masonic and Odd Fellows' Lodges, several manufacturing
establishments, a fine college, &c. Population about 800.
