John Helmbock,one of Warrick County's respected citizens,Died at his home three miles north of Boonville,Feb 4 1915 at ten o'clock after an illness of several months. Mr Helmbock was born Dec 28 1854 in Louisville Ky,He leaves a wife and five children,Mrs Mayme Heilers of Huntingburg,Mrs Henry Helmbock of Evansville,Messrs Andy and Frank Helmbock and Miss Rose Helmbock all of Boonville,Also six sisters and one brother residing in Louisville Ky. The funeral services were conducted from St Clements Catholic Church,Father Fella officiating on Saturday with Interment at Maple Grove Cemetery. ------------- Frank Woods age unknown and without a known relative died at the poor farm last week and was buried in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Degonia Springs Feb 7 1915, Frail of Body and Mind he managed to make a honest living as a sort of chore man,He was put away Respectably and his wishes carried out ,A marker will be placed at the head of his grave ,And who knows but that Poor Frank sleeps the sweeter for this kindly care. ----- Miss Elizabeth Skinner Entertains In honor of her Fifth Birthday Feb 5 1915,Little Miss Skinner had the pleasur of giving her little freinds a real party. The home was beautifully decorated in Miss Skinner's favorite chsen color Pink.In the center of the table was the Birthday Cake withs its Five Pink Candles like a wreath of Beautiful Flowers, At the round table were the bright smiling faces of, James Wilson , Mildred Roth ,Mildred Gordner, Mildred Trimble, Geneivieve Roth,Mary Janet Dean ,Marion Bohanon, Ruth Nester ,Kathryn Houghland, Ruth Trislers, Ruth Fulling , Chester Young, Martha Ellen Roberts,Joe Miller,Ida Wolf,Anna Bunner Meier,George and Elizabeth Skinner. ______________________________ ------------------------------ Thurs Nov 25 1880 Died Mrs Weary Wife of Peter,Sat Nov 20 at 4 pm was buried in Ebenezer Church on Maxville Rd 3 miles east of Boonville On Monday.Mrs Weary was an estimable wife and leaves many freinds to mourn her loss. Died Mrs Annie Dailey on last Friday Morn at her residence in Boonville ,She was buried Sat.Morning at Maple Grove, The Dr and Mrs Reavis of Richland were in town on Sat to attend Mrs Dailey's Funeral. Miss Ada Dailey will take residence with her uncle Dr T G Dailey in the future. Mrs Sarah Bates died after a short Illness Sat Morning was buried in Hebron Church. Death visited our midst Wed Nov 17 th and robbed us of another jewell ,Mrs Eva Parrett who has for months been lying ill at her parents Phillip Siegle Residence,She leaves behind her husband and 2 children to mourn,Numerous Friends and relatives,From early youth she was a faithful member of the M E Church ,She was buried Thurs the Rev Heavenridge conducting the service. ----------- Thurs Nov 18 1880 Margret Boner widow of ? Boner died last week at her Residence in Anderson Twp Buried Friday. News from Folsomville,Its with great sorrow we announce the death of one our best citizens Mr Edmund Reed of Skelton Twp,He died at his residence He leaves a large family and friends to mourn his loss. ----------------- Thurs Dec 26 1878 Bayard Taylor is dead. John Y Cavin died Sun of Consumption aged 50 Yrs 1 month 14 days. John Ferguson died at his residence in Clay Twp Dec 16 at 2 am He was a good man who will be missed. Death of Printer ,Edward Bodine of consumption between 5 & 6 St early yesterday morning,Funeral this moring Rev Schammel Died Mon Feb 3 at her residence Mrs Martha Westfall wife of Taylor Westfall,ages 19 Yrs. Jan 31 John Thompson died he was 87 years old at his son's residence in Boonville. Feb 2 Winter Fever Takes John son of Mr & Mrs Henry Heiman age 4 Yrs 6 Mths. Feb 1 at her residence 3 miles west of Boonville Mrs Rachel Stone aged ca 65 Yrs. --------------- Thurs Feb 13 1879 On Tuesday Jan 11 at 1 pm passed away from this earth and its trails ,Kate wife of Wm Swint of Boonville, She so young and full of hope a loving and faithful wife and mother ,a kind and sympathetic neighbor respected in all circles of life ,Born near Rockport she in her 30th year She leaves 3 children. -------------------------- March 6 1879 Died Sun evening at res of John Framb was Mrs Nancy Richards age 75 yrs.
