Du Hadway Once Was Indicted on Charge of Embezzling $17,000. Richmond, Ind., Oct. 27. - A dispatch from Denver, Colo., today announced the sudden death there of Charles R. DuHadway, 52 years old, formerly of Richmond. For thirty years Mr. Du Hadway was connected with the First National Bank. He was cashier for a long time, but was indicted on a charge of embezzling $17,000. The shortage was made up by relatives and Du Hadway left the city. He first went South and then West. Mr. Du Hadway is survived by his mother, Mrs. Caleb Du Hadway, and his widow. He was a member of the Masons and of the Elks. The body will be brought here for burial.
