BLUFFTON

The county seat of Wells county, twenty-five miles from Fort Wayne. It is a town
of a good deal of enterprise, and only awaits the completion of the contemplated
railroad through the place to make it an important town. It has three churches,
three schools, a woolen mill, several flour mills, planing mill, foundry, etc.
Population about 1,200.
