   Notice of Final Settement
    The state of Kansas, Allen County, ss.
In the Probate Court in and for said County.
   In the matter of the Estate of H. Walkenhorst, Deceased.
   Creditors and all other persons interested in the 
aforesaid Estate, are hereby notified, that at the regular
term of the Probate Court in and for said County, to be
begun and held at the court room in Iola, County of
Allen State aforesaid, on the first Monday in the month
of April A. D. 1877, I shall appy to said Court for a
full and final settlement of said Estate.
