Mrs. Amanda E. Bell Dies At Home In Gas City
  Mrs. Amanda E. Bell, age 87 died at her home in Gas City yesterday. She was 
born in Scott county, Illinois, moving to Allen county in 1903 and has made 
her home here for the past forty years.
  Mrs. Bell is survived by three sons, Frank Bell, Kansas City, MO, John Bell, 
LaHarpe, KS, and Charles Bell Gas City, with whom she lived, and two 
daughters, Mrs Vicy Helderbrant, Iola, and Mrs. Ethel Keith, Columbus, Kansas.
  funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Sleeper Chapel and 
will be conducted by the Rev. E. W. Harrison.
