State of Kansas, County of Allen, Marriage License Record
Certificate No.:     178

Let it remembered, that on the 23rd day of December A.D. 1905 there was issued 
in office of said Probate Judge, a Marriage License, of which the following is 
a true copy: MARRIAGE LICENSE ALLEN COUNTY, STATE OF KANSAS.

To any person authorized by law to perform the Marriage Ceremony-Greeting:
You are hereby authorized to join in Marriage W.J. Keith of Iola, Kansas 25 
years, and Ethel Bell of Iola, Kansas 18 years and of this license you will 
make due return to my office within thirty days. J.T. Bell who is the Father 
of Ethel Bell consenting to said Marriage. 

And which said Marriage License was afterwards, to-wit: on the 25th day of 
December A.D. 1905 returned to said Probate Judge with the following 
certificate endorsed thereon. Signed J.B. Smith Probate Judge
