Survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora Woods; a son, Mack M. Woods; a daughter, 
Mrs. Doris Wyatt; his mother, Mrs. Dora Woods; four brothers, Pete Woods, 
Zarah, Kan.; Terry Woods, St. Louis, Mo.; William Woods, and George Woods; 
two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Daugherty and Mrs. Nan Grates, Fayette, Mo., and 
three grandchildren.
