The body is at the Harouff & Buis Funeral home and arrangements for the services are pending. Mr. Redmon was born at Arcola, Ill., Dec. 14, 1877, a son of James and Kate Modrell Redmon. For many years he worked at his trade in Atchison with the old Atchison Saddlery Co. when it was located on Main street. During the Apanish-American war he went to Paducah, Ky., where he worked as a saddlemaker, and on March 1, 1900, he married Miss Anna McKinney there. She passed away Jan. 9, 1935. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Frank McKinney of Atchison, and Mrs. A. Keitzer, Neodesha; a brother O. J. Redmon, Rapid City, S. D. and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, George and Charles Redmon, preceded him in death.
