    Notice is hereby given that the following
named settler has filed notice of her intention
to make final proof in support of her claim,
and that said proof will be made before F. J.
Saunders Notary Public at Sun City Kas on
Thursday Jan 17, 1884 viz: Emma Cornelison
pre-emption declaratory statement 2277 for the
w 1/2 n-e 1/4 and w 1/2 s-e 1/4 sec 19 tp 30
s of r 14 w. She names the following witnesses
to prove her continuous residence upon and
cultivation of said land viz: Richard C. Berry,
Frank A. Whitaker and Thomas A. Proctor of
Sun City P O and Samuel W Curd of Medicine
Lodge P O all of Barber county, Kansas.
