Johnny Hilliard Dies August 5
Johnny Hilliard, 12-year-old son of Dr. and Mrs. John D. Hilliard of Medicine 
Lodge, died on Friday, Aug. 5 after a long illness.
He was born Sept. 24, 1947 in Wellington. He moved with his parents to South 
Carolina while an infant and they moved back to Medicine Lodge in the fall of 
1951, where they have lived since that time until his death.
Surviving are his parents and four sisters of the home, Nancy, Mary Jo, 
Patricia and Barbara.
Funeral services were held at the Holy Rosary church in Medicine Lodge, Father 
Burghart officiating, on Monday, Aug. 8 at 9 a.m. Rosary was at Forsyth Funeral 
Home on Sunday, Aug 7 at 7:30 p.m.
Burial was at Attica, Kansas.
