      PUBLICATION NOTICE
STATE OF KANSAS}
BARBER COUNTY   }

In the District Court of Barber county, in the
State of Kansas.

William D. Crawford, Paintiff,
      versus
Ella Crawford, Defendant
      PETITION FOR DIVORCE
   Said defendant, Ella Crawford, is hereby
notified that the plaintiff, above named, has
filed in the district court of Barber county,
Kansas, his certain petition praying for a 
divorce from the said defendant and asking for
a decree barring defendant from any interest
in any property owned by the said plaintiff. 
Said defendant must answer the petition filed
therein by said plaintiff against her, on or
before the 13th day of October, 1888, or said
petition will be taken as true and judgement
rendered in said action for plaintiff decreeing
him a divorce from said defendant and barring
her, the said defendant, of any claim or
interest in plaintiff's property.
