Axman, Joseph Benedict
Birth: 12-9-1915
Death: 9-30-2005

b. & d. Great Bend KS Barton co, S/O Joseph F. and Mary Stos Axman. A resident
of Great Bend, moving from Olmitz, he was a farmer and stockman and also worked
at the livestock sale barn in Great Bend. He belonged to St. Ann Catholic
Church, Knights of Columbus, both in Olmitz, the Catholic Community of Great
Bend, St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Eagles. On Nov. 9, 1938, he married
Margaret Paulus at Olmitz. She died July 3, 1982. On Sept. 26, 1987, he married
Wilma Cook Creed at Great Bend. He was preceded in death by five brothers,
Benedict, Henry, Raymond, Jerome and Leonard.
