County of Bourbon

To any person authorized by law to perform the Marriage Ceremony,
Greeting

You are hereby authorized to join in Marriage:
Lincoln A. Rucker of Fort Scott Kas, aged 29 years, and Minnie A.
Prager of same place,
aged 27 years, and of this License you will make due return to my
office within thirty days.

In Testimony Whereof,  I, R.J. Waters,  Probate Judge of said County
and State,
Have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of said Probate
Court,
this 19th day of November A.D. 1889
