I, R.M. Jacks an acting Justice of the Peace in and for said County do
hereby certify
that I did on the second day of September A.D. 1862, solemnize the
rite of
Matrimony between Joseph Stout and Eliza J. Rucker all of Bourbon
County, Kansas.

Given under my hand this 2nd day of Sept. 1862
