THOMAS LEVI  RUCKER  ---  LUCINDA HEWETT WOLVERTON

MARRIAGE LICENSE:
State of Kansas
County of Bourbon

To any person authorized by law to perform the Marriage Ceremony
Greeting:

You are hereby authorized to join in marriage T. L. Rucker of Marmaton
Twp. Bourbon County,
 Kansas aged 26 years, and Mrs Lucinda Hewett Wolverton of sameplace
aged 22 years, and of
this license you will make due return to my office within thirty days.

In testimony whereof,  I, J.M. Swinbocker Probate Judge of said County
and State,
have hereunto signed my name and affixed the seal of said Probate
Court,
this 28th day of December A.D. 1877.
