Oldest Citizen of Fairview is Dead.
    Mrs. Mary A. Bruce, 96, who had been a resident of Fairviw for 61 years, 
died at the home of her son, S. H. Bruce, in Fairview, Sunday, Oct. 18.  She 
was the oldest citizen of that community.  Other than her son, she has 2 
daughters, Mrs. Ella Monroe, Mrs. F. A. Banks, who also live at Fairview, who 
survive her.  Services will be held at the Bruce home at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday 
afternoon, followed by funeral at the Baptist church at 2 o'clock.
