The Kansas Democrat, Hiawatha, KS, July 5, 1884
Died at his home 4 miles south of this place, Mr. Sol. George, aged 49 years.  
Mr. George got hurt some time ago by jumping out of a wagon of a run away 
team.  The injury though not considered serious at first was aggravated by a 
consumptive tendency of his constitution and he quietly passed away on last 
Saturday morning, expressing a living hope in his Savior.  He was buried on 
Sunday in the Fairview Congregational church yard.
