W. Steele Dead. The funeral service for Mrs. F. W. Steele were held Sunday Mar. 26 at 2:30 P.M. in the Baptist church, conducted by Rev. A. E. Seibert. Ethel May Johns was born in Watseka, Ill. Nov. 19, 1881 and with her parents moved to Fairview. She was married to Mr. Francis W. Steele Nov. 23, 1914. After their marriage they moved to Maryville Mo. where she lived until the time of her death Mar. 23 1916. She leaves a husband two infants, mother, two brothers and a sister. Mrs. Steele became a member of the Reformed church in her childhood, and lived a christian life until her passing away into eternity, leaving a happy testimony of the Christians Glorious hope. The out of town relatives and friends who attended the funeral of Mrs. F. W. Steele Sunday were: D. H.
