The Brown County World, February 15, 1889
Augustus, oldest son of JS Tyler, died Wednesday morning about 4 o'clock and 
was buried Thursday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.  Augustus was almost a 
young man who had many friends, but had not been very well for some time and 
died very suddenly.  The funeral services were conducted by Elder JJ Bristo.  
There were a great many people present at the services.
