B. Cosner and wife of Hickory are in town seeking benefit for their little babe. Cosner has sold his farm for $8150, land which he bought 24 years ago for $2200. It was bare of trees and buildings, now it is a pleasant, shady home. He may buy near El Dorado, anyhow he can't go back on Butler county which has given him all he has. He has known what it is to be a pioneer and in his later years means to be comfortable. E. M. Sawyer, an Iowa man, has bought the Cosner farm.
