SWAIN-PATTISON:  Married, at the bride’s residence on south Denver street 
Tuesday evening, June 16, at 8:30 o’clock. Mrs. Josie Pattison to David E. 
Swain. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Harkness of the Presbyterian church. 
After the wedding an elegant supper was served. Mr. Swain and his bride have 
both resided here for a number of years, are well known and have numerous 
friends to congratulate them. Present at the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Ben F. 
Yates and son, Frank, Geo. F. Fullinwider and wife, Mrs. S. B. Allen, Will 
Wackerie, wife and daughter, Miss Eva Swain, Will Swain, Miss Mary Esther 
Tolle, Miss Fannie McClellan, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. McGinnis and daughter, Hazel.
