Burial was in Hillcrest cemetery here. Mrs. Allison was born Dec. 18, 1873 in Aurora, Ill., and went to Miami County, Kan., as a child. She was graduated from Kansas State Agricultural College, Manhattan in 1898. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Florence, active in Christian Women’s Fellowship groups and a class teacher. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Lewis, Mulvane, Kan., Mrs. Frank McMillen and Mrs. Joe Walsh, Florence, Mr.s Ernest Reynolds, Wichita and Mrs. Hartley Brunner, Newton; a son, Walter Olin Allison, Florence, three sisters, Mrs. Frances E. George, Wichita, Mrs. Amy Crawford, Springhill, Kan., and Mary Manchester, Paola, Kan., and two brothers, George W. Manchester and Dwight J. Manchester, Paola; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
