Mr. Babcock, 70, had suffered a prolonged illness and his death followed a second heart attack. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at Haskell, where interment will be made. Sheriff and Mrs. Babcock will go to Haskell for the rites. Mr. Babcock's survivors include his wife, three sons and two daughters, all of whom are married, one other brother and a sister.
