He has been a sufferer from asthma for many years and although he has been quite sick for some time his death was unexpected. He has been an important factor in the business welfare of the town and is known as a good man and citizen. Besides his wife he leaves five daughters, Mrs. George B. Wandell, and Misses Ollie, Ethel, Leona and Cleo Benninghoff.
