Rev. C. E. King, retired Methodist minister formerly of El Dorado, but now residing in Wichita, officiated. Interment was made in Sunset Lawns Cemetery. The following persons, all grandsons of Mrs. Brent, were pallbearers, Gerald Fillmore, W. T. 2-C, of St. Louis, Mo, Harold Fillmore, Seaman 1-C, of Hutchinson, Gene Brent of Wichita, L. O. Oliver of Benton, Brent Bolin, of Leon and Willard Gibson of El Dorado. Mrs. Baxter Logan sang two solos, “Jesus Savior Pilot Me,” and “The Lord Painted a Garden.” Mrs. Hazel Raymond sang a solo, “There is No Disappointment in Heaven.” The accompaniments were played by Mrs. Paul Hudson.
