The child was playing with her small brother in an upstairs room in which was an airtight heater. The flames from the stove were driven out at the stove door and caught her dress. She was almost instantly entirely enveloped with fire and she inhaled the flames. Her clothing was entirely consumed before Mrs. Michener reached her. Her body was horribly burned and she died in greatest agony after ten hours of suffering. The funeral will occur from the Michener home tomorrow morning at 9:30 o’clock and she was buried at Economy.
