Walnut Valley Times, December 12, 1902, Volume XXXIII, Number 47
DIED:  Eliza, wife of J. W. Corey, died December 10 very suddenly at her home 
on West Central avenue, fell dead probably from apoplexy. She was born in 1834. 
She had been busy all day with her household duties and seemingly was in her 
usual health when the stroke came. She was the mother of Ed and Leander Warren, 
of Mrs. Warren Plants and Mrs. Frank fam. The funeral occurs from the house at 
2 p.m. tomorrow, December 12. (transcribed as it was written)
