The mother of Mrs. John Erickson and of Reed Davis of Douglass died at the 
home of her daughter at La Fayette, Illinois. Her body will be brought to 
Douglass for burial September 18. Mrs. Erickson was at Douglass and the 
telegram announcing her mother's death was sent here, delaying its reception.
