Posey, 59, farmer in his section for 40 years, died Sunday at his home near Leon. He came to Kansas from Missouri in 1891 and lived at or near Leon ever since except for a short time in Oklahoma. He was a member of the Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Lottie; four daughters, Mrs. Robert Fulton, West Hollywood, Cal., Mrs. Clyde Browne, Route 6, Wichita, Miss Preem and Miss Audrey, at home; four sons, Paul, route 1, Peck, Theodore, Route 5, Wichita; John, Wichita and Boyd at home; and a sister, Mrs. Florence Hinchcliffe, Strafford, Mo.
