FORMER RESIDENT KILLED IN CRASH

Mrs. Dollie Trout, of Topeka, who was killed Tuesday in an automobile accident 
four miles west of Overbrook, was instructor of the student nurses' training 
classes at St. Luke's Hospital here in 1926 and 1927. From El Dorado she went 
to Topeka, where she had since made her home. Mrs. Trout was a trained nurse 
and was a graduate of St Francis Hospital at Topeka. She was a capable nurse 
and competent instructor, and her friends here regret her death.

The accident occurred when Mrs. Trout's car overturned on the highway west of 
Overbrook, inflicting fatal injuries to Mrs. Trout. She was 40 years old.
