Dawson In the Name of God Amen. I, J.M Dawson of Ames, Kansas being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other ? by me at anytime heretofore. First. I order and direct my executors as soon after my decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all the debts dues and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease. Second. I give and bequeath unto James Arthur Dawson. See Exhibit A. The northwest ¼ of the south west ¼ of Section no. 34 Town 5 south Range one West and all of the land belonging to me besides that heretofore described north to the Rail Road Mo. P. Third. I give and bequeath unto Elmer M. Dawson all of the land I own north of the Mo Pacific R.R. to the Island in the Republican River. Fourth. I give and bequeath unto Lucilla Headley my daughter, ten acres on the West side of the N.E. ¼ of the N.W. ¼ of Sec 34. Town 5S. Range One West. 5th. I give and bequeath unto Ella Means one third of the remainder of the N.E. ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec No 34, Town 5 south, of R. one West. And to ????? Clare Bernice Frederic the one third of the ?????? NW ¼ of Sec. No. 34 of Town 5 South Range One West. And to Harry Patterson and Mateline Patterson the one third of the N.E. ¼ of the N.W. ¼ of Sec No 34 Town 5 S, Range One West. There divides to be taken out of what is left in the described tracts after the 10 acres are taken out by the 4th clause. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name third day of March 1904 J.M. Dawson. The State of Kansas, Cloud County I, C.P. Smith Judge of the Probate Court, in and for the County of Cloud aforesaid, do hereby certify that on the 20th day of June A.D. 1904 , at the regular June term, A.D. 1904 of the Probate Court aforesaid, the foregoing writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of J.M Dawson deceased, was duly proved, admitted to Probate and of record as a Will of Real and Personal property, according to the laws of Kansas.6th day of July A.D. 1904.
