The sad intelligence was received the other day by C. H. GOODIER that his  
sister-in-law, Mrs. H. A. GOODIER, formerly of Elkader township, died at  
Arkansas City, Kan. last week.  The family started for Arkansas in a wagon and
Mrs. GOODIER was taken sick on the road.  Her many friend (sic) here  sincerely 
regret to hear of this blow which has fallen so heavily on her family.
