Obituary of HEFTY, Barbara K.  Dickinson County, KS 2002

ONAGA--Barbara K. Hefty, 56, Havensville, died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2002, at a 
Topeka hospital.

She was born Nov. 5, 1945, in Abilene, the daughter of LeRoy and Betty (Heller) 
Loy.

She married Larry S. Hefty on Sept. 4, 1965, in Valley Falls.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, at Havensville 
Grade School. Burial will be in Havensville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today and Friday at 
Tessendorf-Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, Onaga.

Visitation will be at the funeral home today and Friday and an hour before 
service time Saturday at the school.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Barbara K. Hefty Memorial Fund to be 
used for scholarships and sent in care of the funeral home.
