Obituary of PIVA, Myrtle Odell  Dickinson County, KS 2002

Myrtle Odell Piva, 94, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2002, at Memorial Hospital, 
Abilene.

She was born Nov. 27, 1907, at Emeryville, Calif., the daughter of Andrew and 
Margaret (Smallman) Miller. She grew up in the Oakland, Calif., area. She moved 
to Frontier Estates in Abilene in 1994, then to Countryside Home in June 2001. 
She had lived at Enterprise Estates since August 2002.

Survivors include two sons, Donald Harry Odell of Whitmore, Calif., and Andrew 
Allen Odell of Abilene.

The parish rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at the Danner 
Funeral Home, Abilene. Other services and burial will be at Holy Sepulcre 
Cemetery at Hayward, Calif.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Abilene Senior Center and left at or 
sent in care of Danner Funeral Home, P.O. Box 758, Abilene, KS 67410.
