Obituary of ZEIGLER, Ethel Marie  Dickinson County, KS 2002

Ethel Marie Zeigler, 96, Abilene, died Sunday, Oct. 6, 2002, at Chapman Valley 
Manor, Chapman.

She was born Sept. 17, 1906, near Abilene, the daughter of Elmer and Carrie 
(Kugler) Chronister. She grew up in the community and attended Chronister Grade 
School. She graduated from Chapman High School in 1926.

She married Lewis Zeigler on Nov. 27, 1926, at the home of her parents. All 
their married life was spent in the Buckeye community.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, at Buckeye 
Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Charles Norman and Pastor Roger Constable 
officiating. Burial will be in Livingston-Union Cemetery.

Visitation will be until time of service at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral 
Home, Abilene, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Buckeye Church of the Brethren, Hospice 
of Dickinson County or a charity of the donor's choice and left at the funeral 
home.
