Burgner. John E. BURGNER, 77 years old, died this morning at his home, 1001 Pennsylvania street. He had been retired for some years. At one period he served the city as foreman of maintenace of the water department. The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock form the Funk chapel, with the Rev. Alfred J. BEIL in charge. Burial will be at the Colyer cemetery. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William STEVENS and Mrs. L.S.
